An essay is a type of text in which a personal opinion on an issue is stated and reasoned by association. The opinion is proved with arguments of different types. The structure of the essay does not "take off" the logic of scientific research, it obeys the flow of consciousness, the play of imagination and fantasy of the author.
The genre-defining feature of the essay is the particular paper writer presence of the author. The essay reveals the face of its creator to the greatest extent compared to other genres. The self of the writer is its true centre. The main genre feature of the essay stands out in the author's: 1. intentions; 2. realization through:
-reliance on the theme and defining perspectives to interpret the object - an artistic text

-argumentation
-composition of the text
-language style, punctuation, spelling
-graphic design of the text
Structure of the essay:
-Introduction - write a few introductory words, not necessarily directly related to the topic.
-Exposition - reflect on: cause and effect relationships between facts and phenomena, comparisons, examples, quotations, proverbs and use persuasive influences.
-Conclusion - write the final opinion.
When checking the essay, look at:
- whether the thesis of the essay is formulated correctly and accurately, whether an appropriate compositional variant is chosen, whether the evidence does not contribute to the argumentation of the thesis, whether the conclusion does not summarize the reasoning from the evidence, whether there are connections (meaningful, logical and linguistic) between the microtexts in the essay, whether the norms of modern Bulgarian literary language are observed.
How to write a pedagogical concept
A concept is a system of views about phenomena that occur in the world and affect everyone's life. Thus, a pedagogical concept is a certain direction in pedagogy, a kind of program of training and education based on personal views, experience and professional qualities of the teacher.

First, clearly define how you understand the relationship in the system "teacher - children". After all, there are teachers (and they are many) who are zealous advocates of strict discipline. For them, the teacher is always right because he is older, has more professional knowledge, daily experience and knows better what the children need. Others hold more liberal views: of course discipline in school is necessary, but within reason, and sometimes children can be listened to because they are also members of society. Others argue that the less freedom a child has at school, the better, and teachers need to understand that a child's world is completely different from an adult's, so it is better not to enter it unless absolutely necessary.

Based on your understanding of this question, build the second point of your concept: how to ensure that students not only fully master the subject, but also study it willingly, i.e. with enthusiasm. With what techniques, additional materials will you teach it and how will you check the degree of mastery. It all depends on the age of the students and their level of readiness.

And finally, the most important: how to become for the student a real authority figure, someone he wants to take example from, someone to consult in a difficult moment or puzzled about some important issue.
